Service is not a dirty word but a necessity in a successful society. The "have mores" can help by participating in public service that allows others to gain the confidence to lift their own share to also become winners in this game of life. It is a mistake to see ones self as immune to the change of the tides of time. We are together in this ocean of options and how we set examples will be emulated on the world's stages.

"Duality rebooted" by Richard Schemmerer
Duality rebooted can't live without it but hard to live within it. What are we little humans going to do as we learn that not everything is just black and white facts. The issues usually linger in the grey zones where it is easy to be misguided by the loudest voices begging for our attention but mostly just trying to promote their own Egos. We live in times where it is more than ever important that we sort out our own values from those promoted on news channels who just exists to sell advertising and not to promote truth. The truth we are seeking always centers on respect and love no matter what the fear programming of our brain wants us to do.
Sometimes we have to reboot ourselves and eliminate these malware programs installed by others to guide us like a missile towards our own self destruction.

Jump time by Richard Schemmerer
Humanity is at the brink of a major shift. We have to raise our positive powers to new levels to overcome the onslaught of chaos produced by the highest of world powers. Some entities profit of fear but we don't have to buy into it. Fear is just a shadow dancer it only exists if we pay attention to it. So lets jump to the left of it and outwit it by locking hands with each other

"Thoughts as food" by Richard Schemmerer
What we feed our mind is as important as what we feed our body. Words we feed others let them grow or shrink. The mind is a garden that can become overgrown with weeds of negativity and can be cultivated with positive attention. Make good thoughts your food of choice

For the children by Richard Schemmerer
Whatever we missed to do is in the past. We obviously didn't consider children or worth a greater effort but we are not the last generation. we are the last generation who saw the potential and had it ever so close in reach but we got blinded by capitalistic bling. so that boat is gone but we have one more change for redemption we can channel consumption into community effort to preserve what's left.

"Wholeness" by Richard Schemmerer
Wholeness is not just a shallow slogan in a commercial for a product or service. Wholeness means that all parts of our body work in unison but this doesn't stop with the body but includes the environment we live in and the things we consume as food including the mental information we feed ourselves or allow to be fed.

"Mimesis" by Richard Schemmerer
Once we become adults we are suppose to be all gentrified and follow in expectations foot step. On this prescribed path we sometimes lose the magic that makes life special. Love provides a stage to reconnect our grown up self with the playful wizard we left behind in childhood. Love invites us to consider that paradise is always in waiting we just have to keep imagining it.
excerpt from Wikipedia:
In ancient Greece, mimesis was an idea that governed the creation of works of art, in particular, with correspondence to the physical world understood as a model for beauty, truth and the good. Plato contrasted mimesis, or imitation, with diegesis, or narrative. After Plato, the meaning of mimesis eventually shifted toward a specifically literary function in ancient Greek society, and its use has changed and been re-interpreted many times since then.

"Friends" by Richard Schemmerer
Friends with benefits. No not what we are usually thinking about. Friend with benefits of the doubt with the wiggle room for improvement, for standing with another not when they indulge in bad behavior but by intervening by speaking out and landing a hand to pull them from the brink of self destruction may it be physical, psychological or ideological. If we are not each others conscience nobody will.

"A note" by Richard Schemmerer
A note to my self
I wonder
I am like the Bosanova
nobody know's how to dance it anymore
even though I am born in modern days
my soul is of the ancient ways
there were natives before me
but their wont be anymore left behind me
only strangers that linger on even stranger corners
just out of reach and out of view of my eyes
I don't mingle with the rest of you
but linger with the shadows
that flicker in the hot air
which circles around me
as if to stalk my thoughts for answers
papers are blown everywhere
like fallen leafs of a paper tree
waiting to be watered by eager minds
I missed the biggest full moon
the last one for another two decades
but I also missed my birth
being stuck in between my mothers legs
passed out passed on and reawakened
slapped back into consciousness to cry
I wish someone would slap me now
I wonder if I still have tears left over
I wonder about if I still can wonder

"On stand by" by Richard Schemmerer
We are on stand by mostly watching others but not engaging. We take pictures on the run to capture moments that are precious to us on I phone cameras but we don't take time to become part of it. Life is documented to be streamed on someone else's network making them rich but robbing us of our ability to relate on a human level instead everything is seen as a movie that can be deleted.
Don't just be on stand by to catch another flight of excitement. Stand by someone and enjoy that kind of ride for a change.
Duality by Richard Schemmerer

Aspects of duality frame every action every thought we have. They represent the inner struggle between good and bad between doing the right things versus the wrong thing. We all have this daily struggle sometimes on a small scale other times in the great scheme of happenings. We need friends as guidance to show us that it is worth to always do the right thing.

"The Enemy within" by Richard Schemmerer
We see enemies everywhere mostly through the lenses of mass media. But who is this invisible or visible made enemy the child that grew up dis-satisfied. In truth it is us because everyone counts in having the responsibility for our well being. The world is our projection.
We indulge in us verses them thinking and in the process we create these enemies because inside of us we wage a battle between love and war. There is no them only one humanity.
The enemy within tells us that these people are bad but what made them bad is more important to contemplate and how to stop this cycle is an eminent chore to tackle, to think about, to present ideas and not just to go on as if it will go away.

Unmasked by Richard Schemmerer
What's under the skin, really or behind the mask of ethnicity. What counts in our interaction? Is it the little petty differences in opinion we focus on like who's god exist and whos god has a bigger stick or are we seeing each other as super heroes all trying to master the art of living

Intimacy by Richard Schemmerer
Intimacy is not the status update or the like when someone you knew died.
Intimacy is the moment when you realize that the things you think separate you from someone else is just an illusion.
Intimacy is when you become a world citizen not an individual taking advantage of what others have done for you but when you realize how much still can be done for others and the joy that comes with it.

We are the united states of the world people by Richard Schemmerer
We are the United States of the world people. We don't need any body's permission to claim that title if we give kindness and respect to each other. We are USW if you need a label or need to feel you belong. This is not about nationalism which like many isms doesn't serve as well anymore. These a trying times but we have the tool kit to become more masterful in living if we spend time sharpen our skills

"Facebook humanity" by Richard Schemmerer
Here is the thing, I am not that into Facebook as just a place to spy on others or post lovely little pictures, For me Facebook is a work platform as an artist and with it comes the the responsibility to see how I use it. Most of the people who I allowed to befriend me I don't know. I think many other artists have that in common with me. Maybe we all have that in common. The point is that I have send out a few thousand invitaions to like my new project Humanity Without Border. Now I would like for you to consider what your participation in this could be even if it is just liking the page. I only have a very few likes so far. What it showed me agiain is that Facebook does not reach each potential neither do we by using it and using it correctly to truly engage with our world on a more substantial level. One of the aspects of Humanity without Borders is that Facebook is the best tool because most of us are using it and it is a world wide phenomenon. I am going to start to go to my friends list and get enged with the people I know and with the ones I don't and start to feature them on Humanity without borders because HUMANITY stands for us, everyone of us.

Welcome to HWB Humanity Without Border by Richard Schemmerer
Who are we but one people not many races but one species united under the sky of Earth. Sometimes we forget our origin our united blood line coming for our common ancestors. In todays world with various forces at work once more to divide us to be controlled easier we need to strand together and not be radicalized against each other. We are the ones that will be held accountable by future generations just like we held previous generation accountable for standing by doing not more then preserving their own status quo in a misguided attempt thinking that they can live on the heap of others.
Think global love united act in kind and compassionate ways. It is not that difficult. Forget the news that points out the few bad apples. It's the same since eons. Be awake to the miracle life is and to the pleasure we give to each other so freely.
This blog will document the amazingness that is all around us and we forget to focus on while we indulge in media hype. We are not just Paris Beirut New York or Berlin. We are the world we are the problem but we are also the solution. It is in our power to take care and engage with other human beings on a greater substantial level. Our brains are build that if we do good we feel good. So lets give it a try. Go out of your way to hug some one to share a meal with someone to call someone that is beyond your usual comfort zone because how can we be truly comfortable many so may are not. We don't have indulge in blame games whose fault it is or was. Right now all that is need to hold out a hand to reach some ones heart.
Really at this point in history we have nothing to loose anymore but everything to gain by becoming our own savior and in the process save the future of humankind with emphasis on the kind because what kind of humans are we if we don't practice this kindness first hand.
